Lemo TV Refund Policy
We back our service with a real guarantee. Test it free first — and if you've already paid and it isn't clicking, we'll sort it out.
At Lemo TV, we want you happy with your subscription — full stop. This Refund Policy lays out exactly what's on the table before and after you sign up for our IPTV service. Read it through; it's short and there's no fine print hiding anywhere.
1. Free Trial First
You get a free 24-hour trial before you pay anything. No credit card. No automatic billing. You'll see every channel and feature included in the plan you're testing, so you can decide if Lemo TV fits how you actually watch.
The trial just expires after 24 hours — that's it. You won't be charged unless you choose to subscribe yourself. To start, head to the Free Trial page.
2. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
If you've already paid and it's not working out, you can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment. We won't ask for reasons. Here's how it works in plain terms:
- You've got 24 hours from the original payment date to send the request.
- It applies to first-time purchases only — renewals aren't covered (more on that below).
- The refund goes back to the same payment method you used to pay.
- Processing takes 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund
Reach us through whichever channel's easiest for you:
- WhatsApp: Chat on WhatsApp — usually the fastest route.
- Contact form: Use the contact page if you'd rather write.
Send the email address on your account and roughly when you paid. That's all we need. We answer every refund request within 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals & Auto-Billing
Subscriptions renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges aren't refundable, so if you don't want the next term, cancel at least 24 hours before the date you got billed last time. Can't find the cancel option? Message support and we'll handle it for you — no upsell games.
5. When a Refund Won't Apply
There are a few situations where we can't issue a refund:
- You're past the 24-hour window from your first payment.
- The account was suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing your login or trying to get around region restrictions.
- You've already filed a chargeback with your bank. If that's the case, talk to us first — chargebacks lock the funds and slow everything down.
6. Got a Technical Issue First?
If your stream's buffering, a channel's missing, or you can't connect at all, please ping our support team before asking for a refund. Honestly, most of these get fixed in a few minutes — usually a quick app reinstall or a DNS tweak. We're on WhatsApp 24/7.
7. Partial Refunds
We don't do partial refunds on used subscription time. Once you're past the 24-hour money-back window, the plan you bought is yours through the end of its term. If you cancel mid-term, you'll keep access until the date your plan was set to run out — you just won't be billed again after that.
8. Updates to This Policy
We can update this Refund Policy when we need to. Any changes take effect the day they're published here. If you're already subscribed when we change something, the terms you signed up under still apply for your current term.
